Meet The Staff
Sondra- Office Manager
Sondra has been with the practice since 2004. She treats every patient with respect, kindness, and dignity. She has extensive training in billing, collections, as well as insurance coordinating. When she is not managing the office she spends her time with her husband and their two children Jay and June.
Julie- RDA & Schedule Coordinator
Julie joined the practice after receiving her RDA in 2015. She has proven to be a great asset to the practice. Julie is cross-trained in the clinical as well as the administrative aspects of the practice. She has extensive knowledge with insurance benefits as well as dental and medical coding. Julie married her high school sweetheart Zac and they stay entertained by their two animated young boys Christopher and Easton.
Kelley- Director of Marketing /Advertising, Microneedling
Kelley has worked been with Dr. Doctora since 2005. She has worn many different hats over those years from bookkeeping, office remodel, IT support, marketing, credentialing and now microneedling. She is pretty much the “fix it” girl in the office. Her most honored title is MOM to her beautiful son Christian.
Veronica has worked in the dental industry since 1999, first as a dental assistant and now as receptionist. Veronica was born and raised in Houston Texas, but has since moved to Nashville in 2007. When she is not at work you will most likely find her at Disney World riding Dumbo with her two amazing and talented children Victoria and Isaac! With just a little faith, trust and pixie dust she gets the job done!!
Jalyn – RDA
Jalyn is a graduate of Volunteer State Community College where she earned her RDA. She is born and raised in middle TN. Jalyn is the proud mom of a “sassy” toddler named Journee, who takes up most of her time. When she DOES have spare time Jalyn loves to cook and relax.
Andrea is the newest addition to our team. She graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology as a Registered Dental Assistant. She started with the practice as a student working on her clinical hours in August of 2019. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a very hard worker willing to accept any new challenge with a smile on her face. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and two dogs, Luna and Ryan.
