Sondra – Office Manager 

Sondra has been with the practice since 2004. She treats every patient with respect, kindness, and dignity. She has extensive training in billing, collections, as well as insurance coordination. When she is not managing the office she spends her time with her husband Josh and their two children.

Jenny – Front Desk Office Coordinator 

Jenny has been with the practice since 2023. She treats every patient with respect, kindness, and dignity. She brings so much joy, laughter, and relief to the office! She has training in billing and insurance coordination. When she is not in the office she spends her time with her husband Garrett and their three children. 

Veronica – Insurance Coordinator 

Veronica brings many years of experience, training, and knowledge to the front desk reception in both of our office locations since 2024. We are happy to have her back! When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, daughter and son. She is a huge Disney fan and enjoys spending time with her family on visits there as often as she can. 

Andrea – RDA

Andrea has been with our practice since 2019. She graduated from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology as a Registered Dental Assistant. She started with the practice as a student working on her clinical hours in August of 2019. She is fluent in English and Spanish. She is a hard worker willing to accept any new challenge with a smile. When she is not in the office she spends her time with her friends and family. 

Michelle – RDA 

Michelle has been with our practice since the spring of 2022. She graduated from the Dental Staff School of Tennessee as a Registered Dental Assistant. She is fluent in English and Spanish and is always happy to translate for our Spanish-speaking patients. She is originally from El Paso, Texas but moved to Tenessee at 11 years old and has loved it here ever since. She loves traveling, taking cycling & barre classes, and her favorite color is pink! When she is not in the office she spends her time with her high school sweetheart, friends, and family. 

 
Kamiya – RDA

Kamiya (Kam) joined the team summer of 2023 after she finished her clincals. She graduated from Volunteer State Community College with her RDA license. Kamiya was born and raised in Memphis, Tennesee, and moved to Middle Tennessee for school When she is not in the office she spends her time with her friends, family, or two cats. 

McKenlie – RDA

McKenlie joined the team spring of 2024 after she finished her clincals. She graduated from South College of Nashville with her RDA license. McKenlie was born and raised in Middle Tennessee. When she is not in the office McKenlie loves crocheting, going on nature walks with her dog, and going to see musicals with her mom

 
April – RDA

April joined the practice in the fall of 2024, bringing over a decade of experience to her role. She earned her RDA license in 2012 and has since been committed to providing exceptional care. A native of Destin, Florida, April is passionate about family and enjoys spending quality time with her children. Outside of work, she loves exploring new places through travel, expressing her creativity through canvas painting, and hiking scenic waterfall trails. Her diverse interests and warm personality make her a valued member of the team.
